Got Sugar Cravings? Try This!

Got sugar cravings?

Doesn't it figure? As soon as we start out on our healthy eating adventure, we start craving sweets. For me, it's chocolate anything! What I have found is that my body may actually be telling me its needing magnesium. As a matter of fact, most of us run short in magnesium. Believe it or not, one way that I fend off sugar cravings is by taking a 40 minute bath in Epsom salts. Here's how it works. During the first twenty minutes of the bath, the salts pull out toxins from the body. During the second twenty minutes of the bath, by reverse osmosis, our bodies pull in the minerals from the salts, magnesium being one of them. I do at least two baths a week to remain strong at staving off the sugar craving beast.
