So I basically kicked Monday's butt. My whiteboard helped my mom and I SO MUCH. I had all of my juices, got in 2 coffee enemas, worked out, kept up on my medicine, and was still on time to class. Everyday, I push to be productive and active throughout the day. I won't get better if I sit on the couch all day watching Netflix (although I wish that was completely possible). Time to make tomorrow's schedule and finally get some sleep. Adios amigos!
