Happy New Year 2017!

It is that wonderful time of year once again; a brand new year is beginning. What does the New Year mean to you? Is it a time for reflections on things that have happened in the past year? A time to make new efforts in the betterment of yourself? What are your expectations? 

Like most of you, I too, look to the New Year to sort of start over, to begin anew, to re-assess my life and where my thoughts are taking me. For me, this can be a time to start with a clean slate. This New Year brings me to a new chapter in my life, as I will officially be the mother of four adult children. They are no longer my little babies crawling around looking to me for their every need.

When I look back at the year that has passed, I'm beside myself at the strength of my children. I admire their strength, and made it a part of me. During this past year, as my husband and I have had to care for our daughter who is fighting off metastized cancer like a boss, I engulfed myself in learning as much as I could. I have become a certified holisitic nutritionist. I have learned so much about nutrition in how it pertains to dis-eases like cancer and epilepsy, and health in general. I have witnessed how powerful nutrition and mindset are, and can improve one's health and well being. 

This New Year also brings with it new endeavors to show-case that strength and creativity. I am working on bringing about new things that can help you as well, as your new health coach. (I will be posting soon about that.) In the meantime, I encourage you to be happy in the moments you are sharing right now. Remember to count your blessings. And above all...Celebrate Everything!
