Tara's Blog - One of Those Days
Some days are good, and some days are great. I've decided not to say 'I'm having a bad day' or anything of the like anymore. I am so thankful that God is allowing me to walk, talk, and breathe today, therefore I have no reason not to be having a good day. That being said, today was a good day.
Not gonna lie, it was a little difficult falling asleep last night. I had some pain down my arm (the load of the tumor causes nerve pain to shoot down my arm sometimes, similar to that of a sciatic nerve). This doesn't happen often and the spinal adjustments I receive from Dr. Majors are of course a big help. But when it does, I pray that I wake up the next morning with zero pain. This morning, I stepped into an infrared sauna. Since using the sauna, I've learned to drink PLENTY of water.. My first time didn't go so well and I almost passed out in the shower. Today was especially cool though because I was able to use the EB-305 Detoxifier. Google uses a ton of big words to explain what this does exactly but to put it in layman's terms, it's basically a foot bath that pulls unwanted toxins out of your body. (In the picture, I'm doing the foot bath while inside the sauna.)
Following the sauna alone, I am already pretty warn out and just want to take a nap. Since I did the EB-305 AND the infrared sauna today, I was pooped. But... My super awesome, crazy good cook of a mom just made me some butternut squash noodles, asparagus, and chicken. I am truly blessed. Time to go pig out. Bye!!!!
