Healthy Hot Cocoa!
2 cups milk (coconut, almond, or any full fat milk you prefer)
2 tablespoons baking cocoa or cacao (no sugar)
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 teaspoon Monk Fruit sugar granules or Stevia to taste
3 squirts Monk Fruit liquid sweetener
Heat milk in pan. Remove from heat. Add remaining ingredients. Whisk until well blended. Pour into your favorite mug and enjoy! Top with a sprinkle of cinnamon if desired. (Makes 2 cups.)
