Keto-Layered Fudge

My family has been making the other version of this fudge since I was a little girl. I loved it so much that I had to make a healthier version to keep the tradition going. Give it a try!

Ingredients:

Nut butter fudge

1/2 cup of your favorite nut butter

1/2 cup homemade sweetened condensed milk (see recipe on this page)

1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

Combine the warmed sweentened condensed milk with nut butter and vanilla, stirring until well combined.

Place into silicone mold or 8x8 pan lined with parchment paper. Place in freezer to set.

Chocolate fudge

1 cup Lily's chocolate chips

1 cup homemade sweetened condensed milk (see recipe on this page)

1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

Melt chocolate chips in pan or double boiler, stirring often to distribute heat. When melted, stir in vanilla and sweetened condesned milk. Mix until well combined. Take out nut butter fudge and pour the chocolate fudge over it. Set back in freezer to set, about 20 minutes. Then place in refrigerator until ready to serve. Cut into bit size pieces.

Note: Both of these recipes can be made seperately or layered together like this to make different desserts.
