How it smells when the rain comes trickling down, hitting the leaves, and missing some. How the wooded floor is restored to growing and lifts itself up with confidence. The kind swoosh of the wind to shake the trees and release their hold of what no longer suits them, and gently blows the ashes aside. I marvel at the sky, enjoying the sun and moon equally, thinking how they are always dancing around each other. I walk the lay of the land, noticing the purge and feeling the new phase begin. Our Earth Glow Salt Collection consists of three bath shots designed to boost, moisturize, cleanse, heal, and ignite the energy to feel good. This collection can be experienced as an ascending three-step detox, a powerful immune booster, and promoter of restful sleep, or purchased as separate bath shots sold in packs of three, to be enjoyed at any time. Each bath shot is just over 3.75 oz and stuffed full of all the spirit of nature’s elements.

RAIN & RESTORE – (Day #1 of the three-step detox.)

Rain has a special way of calming down the spirit, allowing the body’s energy to be exposed to the raw elements of nature. Soaking in this bath shot will wash over you like a beautiful rain shower, as you sit back and let the relaxation take the moment. Epsom salt stimulates detoxification while restoring the healthy lifeforce within. Himalayan Pink sea salt offers trace minerals such as magnesium, potassium, calcium, and iron. Frankincense essential oil offers numerous gifts for our health, such as immunity, pain relief, stress reduction and great skin. Cedar wood essential oil has grounding properties to help heal emotions and reduce stress. Breathe it in.

Wind & Ash – (Day #2 of the three-step detox.)

The wind comes after the rain to swoosh the ashes and debris away. Bathing in this bath shot reminds you to always stop and feel the breeze. Epsom salt and Pink Himalayan sea salt together nourish your body with sacred minerals. Bentonite clay and activated charcoal simultaneously pulls from you the heavy metal load. Lavender essential oil releases the stagnant energies within your tissues, allowing you to be in full relaxation. While Tea Tree essential oil, the healer, is intent on displaying its curative nature.

Sun & Moon – (Day #3 of the three-step detox.)

Soaking in this bath shot is like breathing in the energy of the sun. This spiritual bath was created to deeply cleanse, rid the body of negative energy, and bring about renewed strength and courage. Breathe in and meditate on the connection to your higher self. Epsom salt and Pink Himalayan sea salt are here once again to do their work, pulling out toxins, centering energies, and delivering back magnesium and trace minerals into your system. Baking soda helps to neutralize acidity from the toxins. Steel cut oats just radiate healthy, glowing skin! Sandalwood and vanilla are the scents to lift you on your ascension, while the Sweet Orange essential oil transcends your spirit far away. Like the pull of the moon, embrace the protective energy that awakens you.

Directions:

Fill your tub full of hot/warm water according to your liking. Add in your desired bath shot. Soak for at least 20 minutes, up to 40 minutes. Hydrate before, during, and after your soak to support your body’s detoxification process. Once done soaking, be careful to get out of the tub slowly.

Directions for the ascending three-step detox:

This is designed to be used in three separate bath or foot soaks done every other day. Each bath shot should be done in order as the benefits and detox were created with a ramp up effect. (See warnings below.)

Day #1 – Follow the directions above and add in Rain & Restore bath shot.

Day #2 - Follow the directions above and add in Wind & Ash bath shot.

Day #3 - Follow the directions above and add in Sun & Moon bath shot.

Ingredients:

RAIN & RESTORE – Epsom salt, Pink Himalayan sea salt, Frankincense and Cedar Wood essential oils.

WIND & ASH –Epsom salt, Bentonite clay, Pink Himalayan sea salt Lavender and Tea Tree essential oils, and a very thin line layer of activated charcoal salt.

SUN & MOON - Epsom salt, baking soda, Pink Himalayan sea salt, Sandalwood and Vanilla fragrance oil from Bramble Berry (100% FDA approved and phthalate-free), Sweet Orange essential oil, steel cut oats.

Warnings about taking detox baths.

• Drink plenty of water before, during, and after any type of detox or salt bath to prevent dehydration, dizziness, and fainting.

• If you are under the influence of drugs or alcohol, do not do baking soda, salt, or other type baths. Your chances of drowning may be higher when in this condition.

• Always maintain a comfortable bath temperature that is not too hot. Making the water too hot may increase your chances of fainting as well as cause accidental scalding.

• These types of baths are not recommended for pregnant women or people who are diagnosed with heart conditions and/or high blood pressure problems. Be sure to consult with your doctor before using any type of bath ingredient mentioned above.

• Consult your pediatrician before using these types of baths for children. These types of baths may not be effective for children.
