Goat milk contains alpha-hydroxy acids, such as lactic acid, that helps to remove dead skin cells, leaving you with smoother and younger looking skin. Goat milk also contains vitamins, such as vitamin A, that plays a role in repairing skin tissue, and minerals such as selenium, that plays a role in preventing cancer. Their porous construction permits air to circulate to prevent soap scum and mold to build-up. It also prevents the soap from sticking to the soap dish itself!

These bar soap savers are BPA-free and quite durable. You can easily keep them clean by simply placing them under the running water. I give it a little twist and turn also. I love that they can be trimmed to fit any soap dish. Your regular kitchen shears will do the job. Use them in the bathroom, kitchen, utility room, RV, or anywhere you keep your bar soap!

Mint Bath & Foot Soak

Work boots weighing down your day? Or maybe the kids or the job have you running your tail off? Our Mint Bath & Foot Soak can help to ease away the work day stresses. You can use half of the amount, or as we say, the more the better! Use the whole bag! This spa retreat right in your own home, will leave your feet and your whole body feeling refreshed and ready for another day. Enjoy this soak in the bathtub or pour hot/warm water into a container large enough to dip your feet into.

­­­Ingredients:

Natural Rosemary & Mint Epsom salts, baking soda, citric acid, corn starch, organic Jojoba and organic Sweet Almond oils, Lavender 100% essential oil, Himalayan pink sea salt and peppermint and spearmint 100% essential oils.

Directions:

Fill your tub full of hot/warm water according to your liking. Add Mint Bath & Foot Soak starting with half the bag (5 oz) if new to using bath salts, or you may use the full bag if you are experienced. Soak for at least 20 minutes, up to 40 minutes. Hydrate before, during, and after your soak to support your body’s detoxification process. Once done soaking, be careful to get out of the tub slowly.

Our bath salts are a wonderful way to destress while at the same time, detoxing your body. The more salts you use and the hotter the water is, the more intense the detox will be. Salt soaks are generally safe but if you begin feeling uncomfortable, nauseous, lightheaded, or sick (common side effects of detoxification), cut back on the soak time and drink some water. If bathing is not your thing, these salts also offer the same detoxing benefits as the bath by doing a foot soak using a large container.

Peppermint Creamy Salve

1 oz. - – This creamy salve is the go-to in our family! Peppermint oil itself, is so versatile and has so many uses, it makes this creamy salve powerful. It is our first line of defense against headaches and muscle aches. This blend has power that takes a back seat to no other oil. I love to use this creamy salve during allergy season, as well as cold and flu season to open up the airways. It makes a wonderful natural alternative to those other petro-made products. Possibly my favorite way that I recommend this Peppermint Creamy Salve is for your feet and heels. This returns those dry, patchy areas on your heels to the beautiful soft skin it once was. I have done away with all the mainstream foot care products, and I can honestly say I have not used a pumice stone in years!

Directions:

Can be easily applied to any sore muscles, back of the neck and head. Can be applied to bottom of nose and inside edge of eyebrows (sinus points) to help relieve allergies. Can be applied to bottoms of feet to reduce calluses and dry skin patches. Can be applied to the tops of the feet and toes to relieve dry skin patches. Apply to dry, cracked heels instead of using a pumice stone. For more rough heels, apply a generous coating of the creamy salve. Can wear socks to prevent a mess or from slipping. As the skin becomes softer and pinker, apply less. Then you will be able to apply this creamy salve as maintenance. Do not apply near or in eyes. Do not ingest.
