~ move your body everyday to expend more energy going out, thus burning calories.
~ don't worry about calories when you're eating whole, unprocessed natural foods.
~ watch your portions to make it easier not to take in too many calories.
~ don't worry about what the scale says, especially if you're working out. Remember, muscle weighs more than fat.
~ go by how you feel in your clothes, measurements, etc. Remember, muscle is leaner than fat so your body will be more toned.
