Chocolate Peanut Butter Cups

Ingredients

1/2 cup Lilly's chocolate chips

1/4 cup peanut or nut butter

2 tablespoons coconut oil

chia seeds to sprinkle

 

Directions

1. Melt the chocolate chips and coconut oil in double boiler or pan, being careful not to burn it.

2. Pour into silicone molds.

3. Let cool slightly, then add drops of peanut butter on top.

4. Let settle for a few minutes, then sprinkle chia seeds on top.

5. Put in freezer until set. Remove from molds and store in the refrigerator in an airtight container. (Makes about 12)
