Chocolate Peanut Butter Keto Bombs!

Ingredients

1/4 cup peanut or nut butter

1/4 cup (or less) coconut oil

2 oz full fat cream cheese

1/2 cup Lilly's chocolate chips

1/2 teaspoon Monk Fruit Sugar (optional)

 

Directions

1. Melt all ingredients, except for the Monk Fruit Sugar, in double boiler or pan, being careful not to burn it.

2. Remove from heat and add Monk Fruit Sugar.

3. Pour into silione molds.

4. Freeze until hardened.

5. Remove from molds and store in airtight container. (Makes about 10-12)
