Nut-Butter Cheesecake Keto Bites

These are a delicious, no-bake, low-carb, high-fat keto dessert that everyone will just love. I made these for our holiday dessert and everyone just ate them up!

You will need:

  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cup Swerve sweetener
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 1/4 cup natural peanut butter (or nut butter of your choice)
  • 3/4 cup Lily’s Sugar Free chocolate chips
  • 2 tsp coconut oil

Here's how to do it:

  1. Mix cream cheese, Swerve, and heavy whipping cream until smooth with a blender.
  2. Mix in peanut butter and vanilla extract until fully combined, set aside.
  3. Melt chocolate and coconut oil together.
  4. Pour into the bottoms only of mini (non-bleached, natural) baking cups.
  5. Place a couple spoonfuls of cheesecake fluff into cup and freeze for 15 minutes
  6. Top cups with chocolate chips or melted chocolate swirls for decoration.
  7. Freeze for 20 minutes covered or refrigerate for 1 hour.

I made about 24 of these from this batch. Enjoy!!
