Sugar-Free Vanilla Buttercream Frosting
Ingredients
1/2 cup grass fed butter
1 cup Swerve powdered sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 tablespoons milk of choice
Directions
1. Add all ingredients into a medium mixing bowl. Blend on high until smooth.
2. Continue to add milk for desired consistency.
That's all! This frosting does not need not to be refrigerated once on your baked goods. Any unused frosting can be stored in an air-tight container for up to 2 weeks in the fridge or up to 3 months in the freezer.
