Pepper "Alfredo" Sauce
Ingredients:
1 stick grass-fed butter
1 block full-fat organic cream cheese
1 cup organic half and half
1 1/4 cup organic full-fat milk
4 cloves garlic, minced
2 tablespoons Parmesan cheese, grated
Salt and pepper to taste
dash nut meg
Directions:
Melt butter and cream cheese in pot. Add in minced garlic. Stir in milk and half and half. Stir often. Mixture will thicken as it cooks, then add Parmesan cheese, salt and pepper and nut meg. Serve over pasta of your choice.
